Co-Founder | Executive Producer Scott Bayless, is a seasoned entrepreneurial executive with extensive expertise in corporate development and strategic planning in both national and international markets. He has founded businesses in several industries, including real estate development, gaming, entertainment, high tech and petroleum industries. Throughout his career, Mr. Bayless has been integral to raising over $300 million in equity and debt financing for companies he has founded & co-founded. He graduated Summa Cum-Laude, Phi Beta Kappa with a 4.0 in Literary Criticism (3.92 overall) at the University of Minnesota. Mr. Bayless left graduate school, where he was pursuing an interdisciplinary study in chaotic and complex systems, to start his entrepreneurial career. He also studied abroad at Trinity College, Oxford and Sterling University, Scotland, is a graduate of the Harvard Business School 3-Year OPM Executive program.

r | Producer Eric Ro has always had a dear affinity for cinema and filmmaking. With many years of on-set experience, his leadership skills from development to post-production have been proven countless times. Well rounded technically and creatively, his versatility and resourcefulness proves a great asset, in addition to his strong relationships within the industry that ensure solid delivery of every final product. Currently, he is one of the co-founders and producer of Northern Five Entertainment along with Adrian Picardi and Scott Bayless. Eric has produced numerous music videos, including Sony BMG’s Automatic Love Letters Makeup Smeared Eyes and most recently Evan’s blue, “Erase My Scars”. He also has a epic action series called the Resistance under the N5 umbrella.
